Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product teams to define user needs and requirements for new features andimprovements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces and enjoyable user experiences based on user research and feedback.
  • Conduct user testing to evaluate and refine design solutions.
  • Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
  • Create prototype to translate user needs and product requirements into interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to Product Owner and iterate based on feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of design innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools with Figma. (Adobe XD, Sketch and Invision is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex design problems, and translate requirements into user-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS or any basic front-end development is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site in the office (no hybrid or remote arrangement)
  • Willing to commit to extended working hours when required to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
