Our goal is to help organizations grow and scale by offering bespoke outsourcing services, including Sales as a Service, Support as a Service, Demand Generation, Renewal Services, EOR (Employer of Record), as well as a proprietary all-in-one performance management platform called iStrives. iStrives covers CRM, project and task management, document management, gamification, collaboration tools, rewards, communications, business intelligence, and more

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our Employer of Record (EOR) business. The CEO will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a global leader in remote workforce management and compliance solutions, ensuring sustainable growth while delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals in alignment with market trends and client needs.

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and innovative solutions to expand the company's footprint globally.

- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability across the organization.

Business Growth

- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies and partnerships.

- Oversee sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business targets.

- Establish strategic alliances with technology providers, legal firms, and regional partners to strengthen the EOR ecosystem.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure efficient and compliant operations, including payroll, tax, and labor law adherence in all supported jurisdictions.

- Streamline processes and adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with operating in multiple countries and regions.

Financial Stewardship

- Develop and manage the company's budget to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

- Optimize cost structures while maintaining high-quality service standards.

- Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and investors.

Team Building and Leadership

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.

- Champion a culture of inclusivity, employee engagement, and professional development.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing the business to clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.

- Stay informed of global workforce trends, ensuring the company remains a thought leader in the EOR industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in a C-level leadership role, preferably within the EOR, HR outsourcing, or professional employer organization (PEO) industries.
• Strong understanding of global workforce management, payroll, compliance, and labor laws.
• Visionary leadership with the Ability to drive business transformation.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance business operations.
• Results-driven with a Strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM30, RM45,000.00 per month
