Sales Operations Executive

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Malaysia. This is a fully remote, full-time role (5 days/week) dedicated to supporting our sales team with administrative, procurement, and project coordination functions to ensure smooth operations and efficient client servicing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and deliveries.
- Support procurement activities including purchase order processing and tracking.
- Maintain and update customer and deal records in the CRM system.
- Assist with project coordination, documentation, and internal communication.
- Generate regular sales and performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements in all processes.
**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, procurement support, or project coordination.
- Proficient in CRM systems (ideally NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Experience working across regional or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
