**Responsibilities**
- **Project and System Management**: Lead and manage projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, system enhancements, and the implementation of new SOPs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- **Performance and Process Optimisation**: Develop and track key performance indicators for business operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives to meet those benchmarks.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Strategically manage client relationships through improved service delivery and operational excellence, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Planning and Implementation**: Work closely with senior management to strategize and implement comprehensive business operations plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- **Team Leadership and Collaboration**: Lead the operations teams in a collaborative effort to achieve project milestones and operational targets, embodying and promoting the GREAT culture.
- **Risk Management and Troubleshooting**: Proactively identify operational risks and issues, developing effective solutions and mitigation strategies to address them promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following fields: revenue operations, sales operations, product operations, or customer success
- Passionate about Finberty’s GREAT culture and embodying it in every interaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in CRM software, data analysis tools, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of driving change and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to manage and improve business operations, ensuring client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
