Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Consultant located in Bayan Lepas. The Membership Consultant will be responsible for membership sales, developing relationships with potential members, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with prospects, handling membership inquiries, conducting club tours, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere in the club.

Qualifications

  • Membership Sales and Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in membership management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
