About the role

Comfori Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Professional Development Sales Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor and will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities within the professional development industry
  2. Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  4. Negotiating contract terms and closing new business deals
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and securing repeat business
  6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies

  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices

  8. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the professional development or training industry
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure new business
  4. Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
  5. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
