Job scopes:

  • Support the organization and archiving of multimedia assets, including images, photos, and videos.
  • Assist in sourcing information and preparing content for news articles and materials.
  • Participate in company shooting projects by assisting with pre-production, on-site execution, and post-production tasks.
  • Provide support in the planning and coordination of events such as meetings, cultural activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Chinese Studies, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to prepare news content for Mandarin-language platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);  familiarity with video editing software will be considered a plus
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Able to start soonest will be added advantage
