As a Growth Analyst in the Growth team, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for running A/B experiments, analyzing product and customer data, and advising on the data structure that supports customer lifecycle management.

Working closely with Lifecycle Managers, Product Managers, Marketers, Data Scientists, and Engineers, you will help unlock insights to improve business performance and grow our products. Additionally, you will ensure our team adopts best practices for data analysis to support continuous learning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • A/B Experimentation & Post Analysis
    : Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments to evaluate the performance of features, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
  • Customer Lifecycle Data Expertise
    : Be the go-to person on customer data structure and lifecycle management, ensuring data is optimized for analyzing customer journeys, segmentations, and retention efforts.
  • Collaborative Data Analysis
    : Work closely with Lifecycle Managers, Product Managers, Marketers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to provide actionable insights that improve customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Metrics Tracking & Dashboarding
    : Track key metrics for business growth, product performance, and customer engagement. Present this data in a digestible and actionable format using tools such as Excel, Metabase, and Amplitude.
  • Methodology & Best Practices
    : Champion best-in-class methodologies for data analysis, ensuring consistency in approach and high standards of interpretation and reporting across the team.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
    : Excellent at analyzing product, customer, and growth data, with a focus on actionable insights and improvements.
  • Growth & Product Analytics
    : Familiarity with product and growth analytics tools, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    : Organize and document research findings, ensuring that insights are easily accessible and usable by the wider team. Maintain clear, structured documentation to support continuous learning.
