  • Oversees staff and fulfils staffing needs for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times.
  • Maintains and motivates a positive sales team through continuous communication, incentives, and evaluations.
  • Check and confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts
  • Plans, propose, and coordinates sales, marketing, and budgeting for any event/road show
  • Collaborates with sales manager and marketing manager to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
  • Ensures outlet's inventory data is correct by performing spot inventory counts and checks.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline or problematic employees as needed and in accordance with Company policy
  • Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for branches staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
