**Key Responsibilities**
**Daily Operations Management**
- Oversee and manage the outlet’s daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Take initiative to solve operational issues and handle customer service concerns, maintaining excellent service standards.
- Regularly monitor stock levels and manage replenishments to ensure sufficient stock without over-ordering.
**Staff Management**
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of all outlet staff.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters to ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to build teamwork and enhance staff performance.
**Customer Service**
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
**Sales & Productivity Management**
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and drive overall outlet productivity.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports for management.
- Analyse sales trends and suggest improvement strategies.
**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure all team members follow company SOPs and safety protocols.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in retail or F&B.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage outlet operations with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic POS systems.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
