Provide an efficient support for any IS/IT related topic specifically for Shopfloor and SAP users.

Ensure efficient deployment of logistic, sales, finance and purchasing processes and applications

  • Deploy and ensure standard processes & applications as per Group standard
  • Translate functional requirements into System Design Specifications
  • Ensure the 2nd level of support & escalation process to the Shared Services Center

Collect logistic, sales and purchasing business needs and share best practices

  • Collect, specify, promote and pilot new business features not yet covered by standards
  • Exchange and capitalize best practices with other Business Analysts in Valeo

Management

  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services
  • Provide high quality management information on customer service levels
  • Ensure all expected site KPI are reporting on time
  • Identify needs and provide easy to understand answers to business user inquiries
  • Collaborate with business key users, investigate root cause, resolve and feedback
  • Support business key users in acceptance test evolutions
  • Work with other IS/IT colleagues to resolve issues
  • Proactively follow up issues and anticipate issues

Continuous Improvement

  • Process optimization and system enhancement
  • User support and training
  • Performance monitoring

Education/ Academic:   Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information System or related

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of SAP/ERP experience
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing field (Shopfloor support) is a plus
  • Knowledge in EDI protocol is a plus
  • Knowledge in project operation & support
  • Autonomous, strong ability to solve problems and customer-oriented mindset
  • Team oriented and cooperative
