Internship in Marketing & Admin

We are seeking dynamic marketing & admin internship students to support our marketing initiatives for one of the award winning financial advisory agency in Malaysia. This role focuses on crafting compelling marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and amplifying our brand in the financial industry as well as playing an administrative role to support our day to day activities.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Support daily administrative and operational activities of the business.

2.     Handle client enquiries via phone calls, email, WhatsApp and social media platforms.

3.     Prepare documents, reports and basic presentation materials.

4.     Maintain records, databases, spreadsheets and filing systems accurately.

5.     Coordinate schedules, meetings, training arrangements and internal follow-ups.

6.     Assist sales and operations activities through proper documentation and client coordination.

7.     Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required.

8.     Assist in content preparation (posting, reels, TikTok, FB videos).

Who we'ren looking for:

1.     Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.

3.     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4.     Experience in social media platforms.

5·     Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
