JOB SUMMARY
:

This role partners closely with product business manager to assist analysing and interpreting internal and external data to enhance the performance of Driscoll's berry categories – strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. This role plays a vital part in compiling, organizing, and translating internal and external data into meaningful insights that help regional and market teams make informed decisions on supply allocation, pricing, forecasting, and commercial strategy. This position requires an ability with high proficiency of Microsoft office applications, ERP system (NetSuite), Data management system (Tableau) to ensure the smooth facilitation of order fulfillment and documentation workflow is timely and accurately delivered as well as possessing high level of analytic work skills to provide sales and supply data to the commercial team for analysis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

· years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fresh produce or FMCG.

·      Bilingual English/Chinese communication skills preferred

·      Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas); knowledge of Power BI/Tableau a plus.

·      Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

·      Experience with ERP (Netsuite or similar) will be preferred

·      Light Travel may be required within the locations of Southeast Asia and Hong Kong

·      A person of unquestionable integrity who can assimilate our company values and demonstrates them in everyday application.

·      Problem solving skills under less structured working environment

·      Off-office hours work will be required, including extended hours into nighttime, weekends and public holidays. Work time flexibility will be strongly performed.
