To provide administrative support for the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance documentation, and smooth coordination of safety activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- HSE Documentation & Record-Keeping
- Maintain records of safety audits, inspections, incident reports, and training attendance.
- Update and file HSE documents such as SOPs, permits, risk assessments, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for audits or inspections.
- Support HSE Operations
- Assist in organizing HSE training sessions, safety drills, and workshops.
- Track and follow up on corrective actions from safety audits or incident investigations.
- Coordinate the issuance and maintenance of PPE and other safety equipment.
- Reporting & Communication
- Prepare routine HSE reports for management review.
- Assist in compiling data for monthly, quarterly, or annual HSE performance reports.
- Communicate safety updates and reminders to relevant departments and employees.
- Compliance & Coordination
- Support the HSE team in ensuring compliance with local regulations (DOSH, OSHA Malaysia) and company safety policies.
- Assist during internal or external HSE audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding HSE requirements.
- Administrative Support
- Manage HSE-related correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Monitor HSE budgets and procurement of safety supplies as required.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to support HSE team efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of HSE records and reports
- Compliance with safety documentation requirements
- Timely coordination of HSE trainings and drills
- Follow-up and closure of corrective actions from audits or incidents
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HSE administration or support role.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and HSE standards (DOSH, ISO
- Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/HSE software.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based, with occasional site visits for documentation or coordination purposes.
- Standard working hours, may involve assisting during HSE drills, audits, or emergency situations.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
