Key responsibilitiesSupervisory:
- Motivate, train, and supervise sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and maintain excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage staff scheduling and attendance.
Administrative:
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, monitoring, and receiving merchandise.
- Handle sales-related administration, such as data entry, report generation, and sales documentation.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks like invoicing, tracking accounts receivable/payable, and preparing receipts.
- Ensure the outlet's facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls and mail.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in retail, fashion, or a similar sales environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry and sales reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
