Job Description :

A. Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards.
  • Support certification and recertification audits.
  • Act as the main contact for customer complaints, analyze trends, and propose improvements.
  • Monitor QA/QC performance, prepare management reports, and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, PFMEA, and SPC.
  • Work with R&D and Production to integrate quality into new product development.
  • Manage customer audits and support supplier evaluation/qualification.
  • Mentor and develop QA/QC team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage quality/environmental risks.

B. Operational Responsibilities

  • Supervise QC inspections, testing, and laboratory analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Maintain records of QA/QC activities and prepare monthly quality reports.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of laboratory facilities, equipment, and stock of chemicals/materials.
  • Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements, including COA submissions via OEM system.
  • Enforce safety, PPE usage, and 5S workplace standards.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Chemistry
    (preferred), or in a related Science/Technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience as QA/QC Manager with team leadership.
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory systems and analytical techniques in a QC/Commercial setting.
  • Experience in production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in listening, reading, and writing in Chinese.
