Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Motorcycle Mechanic located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Motorcycle Mechanic will handle daily maintenance of motorcycles, diagnose mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs and servicing. Additional responsibilities include inspecting bikes for quality assurance, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service, and collaborating with the team to uphold safety and reliability standards. The role also involves providing professional guidance to customers on motorcycle care and addressing their concerns with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing motorcycle issues
• Extensive technical knowledge of Bikes and their mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent Communication skills to explain repairs and provide professional advice to customers
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Certification in motorcycle repair or related technical training is preferred
• Previous experience in motorcycle repair is highly desirable
