Job Descriptions:

  • Manage on-site works including structure and architecture works.
  • Supervision on the subcontractor teams and ensure the work progress is according to the work schedule.
  • Preparation for the project technical detail, strictly according to the local regulatory requirement.
  • Material Planning, Control the quantity of construction materials and waste material control.
  • Quality management.
  • Oversee the general unqualified rework process and recertification of the assessment.
  • Record the integrity, accuracy and construction journals and quality review, and report to the person in charge.
  • Coordinate the problems in the construction process.
  • Prepare method of statement and liaise with consultant for technical related matters.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with diverse counterparts.
