Job Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and manage daily civil and structural activities on building construction sites.
  • To ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant building codes.
  • To monitor quality control, site safety, and adherence to construction standards.
  • To coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
  • To conduct site inspections, provide guidance to site personnel, and ensure proper workmanship.
  • To Assist in project planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
  • To review and maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and progress records.
  • To report project status, issues, and risks to Project Manager or Senior Engineer.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil and structural supervision for building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is and advantage.
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and site management practices.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
