This is a full-time Automotive Sales Advisor role located on-site. The Automotive Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales transactions, and offering product knowledge and training to customers.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Training abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage walk-in customers at the showroom
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
  • Explain financing, trade-in, and insurance options
  • Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends
  • Handle basic administrative processes and CRM updates

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in automative sales industry
  • Social media savvy (for promoting deals or lead gen)
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Work Location:

  • KIA KLANG & XPENG KLANG - Bandar Botanic

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday & Saturday or Sunday
  • 8:30am - 5:30pm
