Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls using prepared scripts to introduce products and generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives with qualified prospective customers.
  • Explain products, answer enquiries, and provide clear, accurate information to customers.
  • Collect and verify customer details (name, contact, address) and update them in the system accurately.
  • Adapt and refine sales scripts to better match customer needs.
  • Learn and understand product features, technical knowledge, and value propositions.
  • Maintain call logs, track follow-ups, and assist in meeting monthly call and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies.
  • Perform overtime when required to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Role requires Mandarin communication for targeted customer segments
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling skills.
  • Independent, proactive, fast learner, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Engineering education background or experience is an added advantage.
  • Telemarketing / call center experience is an additional advantage.
  • Must be able to work fully on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
