About the role

We're looking for a Senior Admin to oversee office operations, manage full-spectrum administrative duties, and support the company's financial and accounting functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, proven accounting experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. What you'll be doing

• Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Manage documentation, reports, filing systems, and company records
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence and ensure timely and professional responses
• Handle full/partial sets of accounts (AP/AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare customer invoices, verify supplier invoices, perform payment processing
• Monitor ageing reports and follow up proactively on outstanding paymentsto ensure healthy cash flow
• Assist with monthly closing, financial statements, and management reporting
• Support management with administrative planning, cost tracking, and process improvements
• Assist in project coordination tasks when required
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in admin & accounting roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (Info-Tech/SQL/AutoCount) is a plus
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, ad ability to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-moving work environment
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies is an added advantage
