Join Our Team as a Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Executive with a background in sales and marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our educational programs, engaging with prospective students, and supporting them through the enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our educational offerings to prospective students and their parents through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct effective marketing calls and schedule appointments for students and their parents to attend scholarship interviews and academic/career consultations.
  • Guide students and parents in understanding academic and career pathways, helping them choose suitable courses based on their strengths and academic results.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management when required.

General Requirements

  • Candidates with a Degree, Diploma, or SPM qualification and proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Prior experience in higher education institutions or marketing/sales roles is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written formats.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-driven.
  • Patient and resilient in handling customer objections or rejections.
