Demand Management Coordinator

Your Role:

We are looking for someone to join our Demand Center Marketing Team to support and assist in developing and implementing marketing AI programs. This includes building new and optimizing existing AI hybrid chatbot/live chat playbooks supporting different business and marketing uses cases, i.e. Product specific, Account Based Marketing (ABM), Retargeting, etc. This role is a dynamic role and is instrumental in converting website visitors to leads through chatbot/live chat Playbooks.

Your responsibilities:

Management of Digital Program:

  • Oversees the implementation and management of digital programs utilizing Drift, ensuring alignment and corporate objectives and collaboration with supporting divisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives leveraging conversational AI to enhance engagement and lead generation

Development and Optimization of Playbook Journeys:

  • Design and manage playbook journeys within Drift, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of the various customer engagements and align with overall marketing strategies.
  • Continuously optimize playbook journeys based on performance data and feedback to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Analysis of Campaign Effectiveness:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns executed through Drift, providing insights into interactions, engagement levels, and conversion metrics.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas of optimization/improvement, and actionable reccs for future initiatives

Collaboration on Lead Generation:

  • Work closely with SDR team to ensure a seamless integration into their workflows, enhancing lead generation efforts.

  • Provide training and support to SDRs on using Drift to effectively engage with leads and quality them based on predefined criteria.

Collaborate on managing marketing technologies across our tech stack.

  • Collaborate with teammates to manage the full suite of marketing technologies, including Conversica, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
  • Provide support for the maintenance and optimization of our marketing technology stack.
  • Leverage basic knowledge of a wide range of marketing platforms to ensure seamless operations.

Integration Management:

  • Detect and troubleshoot integration issues related to Drift, ensuring a seamless operation and data flow between systems.
  • Collaborate with DTS or other teams to address integration challenges and technical implementation

Enhancement and Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for enhancements within Drift as it relates to campaigns and programs, proposing and implementing optimizations aligning with marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about new features and updates within Drift, ensuring that the SDR team is leveraging the latest capabilities to maximize impact.

Reporting and Insight:

  • Provide regular insights and reporting to stakeholders on the performance of Drift initiatives and their impact on lead generation and customer engagement
  • Use insights to help inform and influence strategic decisions and refine marketing approaches

Skills:

  • Technical proficiency:
    familiarity with Drift and other marketing technologies like Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, Conversica, and ZoomInfo is crucial. This includes the ability to design and manage playbooks journeys, troubleshoot integration

  • issues, and optimize the use of these platforms to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.

  • Analytics skills:
    ability to analyze campaign effectiveness is vital. This involves interpretating performance data, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to provide actional insights and recommendations for current and future initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software can enhance this skill.
  • Project Management:
    strong project management skills are necessary to oversee the execution of various initiatives, ensuring they align with objectives. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects while managing timelines effectively.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
    the role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, including SDRs, technical teams, and marketing functions. Effective collaboration ensures that initiatives are seamlessly integrated into existing workflows and that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Effective communications:
    clear and concise communication is essential for conveying insights, training team members, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple regions and timezones. This includes both verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills:
    the ability to detect and troubleshoot integration issues and identify opportunities for enhancements within Drift and other marketing technologies is crucial. This requires a proactive approach to resolving challenges and optimizing processes.
  • Adaptability and Continuous Learning
    : staying informed about new features and updates within the tools is required. This adaptability allows for effective implementation of new strategies and tools to maximize impact.
  • Customer-centric mindset:
    understanding customer needs and tailoring playbook journeys to enhance engagement is key. A customer-centric approach ensures that initiatives resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.

This is a hybrid role that requires working from the office at least two days per week. The working hours are as follows - with the need for flexibility to accommodate meetings with stakeholders and team leaders in the Americas time zone.
