Social Media & Marketing Executive

• Salary: RM3,000 – RM5,000

• Location: The Dune @ Light Grey, Sungai Buloh (Free parking available on-site)
• Work Model: Hybrid Work Model (10am - 6pm)

Who We're Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is a plus, not mandatory
• Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to translate ideas into campaign briefs and coordinate content production
• Data-driven mindset with interest in tracking performance and improving strategy
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

What You'll Be Doing | Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of marketing strategies and content calendars
• Execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.)
• Optimize content for SEO and manage PPC campaigns. (guidance provided)
• Assist in creating and managing content across platforms as needed
• Track performance metrics and report on campaign outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams, leads, and clients to align on brand messaging
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors
• Organize marketing documentations & assets like materials, decks, and reports
