Skills and Knowledge

  • Good command of English, Mandarin / Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken).
  • Good time management
  • Independent and willing to learn
  • Good presentation and influencing skills
  • Well versed in social media and Microsoft softwares (Powerpoint, Excel, Words)
  • Familiar with basic image or video editing software is an added advantage
  • Applicants must be able to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor

Experience

  • At least posses tertiary qualification in Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years working experience

Core responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Market research: Conduct research to identify customer needs, preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Content creation: Produce and edit various marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Performance analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future efforts.
  • Budget management: Oversee and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as sales, to ensure alignment and coordinate efforts.

Other duties may include:

  • Building and maintaining brand awareness
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Negotiating advertising contracts, and
  • Organizing and attending events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
