Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Identifying potential workplace hazards and risks, enforce preventive measures.

  • Providing comprehensive training to employees on EHS procedures and safety protocols.

  • Conducting routine audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance.

  • Maintaining accurate records of EHS activities, audits, inspections, and training.

  • Investigating accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Working with management, employees, and regulatory agencies to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Staying up-to-date with changes in EHS regulations and standards and implementing best practices.

  • Participate in Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) activities and provide data that are related.

  • Coordinate all the safety, health and environmental activities with DOSH & DOE.

  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

  • Registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Green Book holder.

  • 1-3 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Other Qualifications:

  • Familiar with EHS regulations, standards, and best practices. Experience in ISO 14001.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are needed.
