Plan, propose, produce, implement, enforce and review the ESH system for manufacturing plant so as to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Appointed as Environment, Safety & Health Committee secretary to lead and drive Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH).
- Investigate and review any accidents, near miss, dangerous occurrence or occupational disease and report to DOSH in accordance to OSH Regulation 2004.
- Collect, analyze and maintain records of any amendments or new laws/regulations in relation to ESH and advice management of any action or measure to be taken as well as communicating this information to all employees.
- Maintain and implement continual improvement efforts and ensure all plant activities are carried out in accordance with established ESH policies, standards and procedures.
- Work closely with statutory or regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA etc) for compliance.
- Carry out daily plants inspection to monitor unsafe act or condition.
- Co-ordinate and follow up corrective/preventive actions from incident report.
- Safety observation report.
- Attend to safety meetings, briefing and audits at workplace.
- Responsible to promote Environment, Safety and Health within plants site by mean organizing, planning and implementing of training.
- Plan and conduct training to employees on Environment, Safety and Health induction, refresher training.
- Continue safety awareness promotion to employees and visitors.
- Responsible for renewal factory machinery licences.
- Establish and review procedure of Environmental Emergency Preparedness & Response.
- Responsible for the DOSH & DOE document submission.
- Manage storage and disposal of schedule waste and scrap materials.
- Any accident occurrence in the plant or on duty at outside must be reported to HR dept immediately.
- You are responsible to take reasonable care to avoid injury to themselves or to others in the workplace.
- You are required to comply with all Safety & Health & Safety Legislation, i.e : FMA, OSHA, EQA etc
- To carry out assignment according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001 & GP requirement.
- Reporting the performance of EMS including environmental performance to top management.
- To propaganda the practice of 5S housekeeping program
- Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time
- To ensure safety first at workplace.

**Job Qualification**
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Safety Environment or equivalent.
- In depth knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 1994 & Factory & Machinery Act.
- Preferably with knowledge in OHSAS 18000 & EMS 14000.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
