Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,

TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including online promotions, influencer

collaborations, and paid ads.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion), and prepare

regular reports with actionable insights.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends to develop

innovative strategies.

  • Support brand awareness initiatives and assist in both online and offline marketing

activities.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in digital marketing / social media
  • management.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian social media landscape; bilingual in English &
  • Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with solid content creation skills (copywriting, short video ideation, or working with creative teams).
  • Analytical with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
