Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and articulate Customer Service Executive to act as the face and voice of our company. You will be responsible for managing client interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and social media platforms. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role to effectively assist our Mandarin-speaking client base and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Omni-channel Communication (Calls & Walk-ins):

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers/clients at the branch, providing a welcoming experience.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and provide effective solutions or escalate to management when necessary.

2. Social Media Inquiry Management:

  • Monitor company social media inboxes (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Respond to Direct Messages (DMs) and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with the online community to answer questions about promotions or technical services.

3. Client Relationship & Admin:

  • Follow up with clients regarding pending orders, repair status, or appointments.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback in the database.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure accurate information is given to customers.

Requirements:

  • Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin (Spoken & Written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and clients. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is also required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in Customer Service, Reception, or Social Media management is a plus.
  • Skills: Good telephone etiquette, strong problem-solving skills, and computer literate.
  • Attitude: Patient, people-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
