Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer to support our marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns. This role combines graphic design, content creation, and social media management — ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media posts, presentations, event banners, and digital ads.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand identity and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with external designers, photographers, and printers when required.
  • Adapt and resize visuals for various online and offline formats.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across company social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, RedNote).
  • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas that align with marketing goals.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments/messages, and track performance analytics.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and apply best practices to increase visibility and reach.

3. Marketing Coordination

  • Support the execution of product launches, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, photos, and videos.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or social media management (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
