The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually compelling designs that reflect our brand identity and enhance our marketing efforts. This role involves designing content for digital and print materials — including social media posts, menus, posters, promotional materials, and event visuals — to attract and engage our audience. You'll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's tone and direction.

Key Responsibilities

1) Create high-quality visual content for social media, website, digital ads, and print materials (menus, posters, banners, flyers, etc.).

2) Develop fresh and creative design ideas aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.

3) Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals for campaigns, events, and promotions.

4) Ensure consistency of all brand visuals across outlets and platforms.

5) Edit and enhance photos or videos for marketing purposes when needed.

6) Manage design files and maintain proper version control and organization.

7) Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in branding and social media visuals.

8) Coordinate with printers, suppliers, and vendors for high-quality print production.

9) Support in creating presentation decks, signage, and other creative assets as required.

Job Requirements

* Education: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in F&B.

* Skills:

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software (e.g., Canva).

* Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.

* Basic photo editing and retouching skills.

* Creativity and an eye for detail with the ability to adapt designs for different platforms.

* Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Personality: Creative, organized, team-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of aesthetics.
