We are seeking a
Senior Fullstack & AI Platform Lead
— a hands-on technical leader who will architect, build, and scale the backend and frontend systems powering HoloMe's avatars and kiosk experiences. You will guide a small engineering team across the stack, integrating AI/ML services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

• Own the architecture and roadmap for HoloMe's fullstack and AI platform.
• Lead and mentor a small team (Backend, RAG Integration, and Frontend Engineers).
• Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps best practices.
• Translate business and product goals into scalable technical solutions.

2. Fullstack & Frontend Development

• Build responsive, kiosk-friendly web applications using
  (or equivalent)
  .
• Translate Figma/UI prototypes into polished, production-ready components.
• Optimize performance for
  real-time, interactive, and multimedia
  use cases.
• Implement intuitive admin dashboards and customer-facing interfaces for web, tablet, and kiosk systems.

3. Backend & AI Platform Development

• Design and maintain secure APIs (
  REST/GraphQL
  ) powering AI, data, and frontend interactions.
• Develop backend services using
  Python (Django/ASGI/FastAPI)
  or
• Integrate with
  AI/ML pipelines
  for speech, vision, and language (STT, TTS, LLMs, embeddings).
• Manage data systems:
  PostgreSQL + pgvector
  ,
  Redis
  , and
  DynamoDB
  .
• Handle asynchronous workflows with
  Celery + RabbitMQ
  .
• Lead efforts in
  scaling, caching, and database optimization
  for low-latency AI responses.

4. Integration & Collaboration

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deliver end-to-end conversational and holographic flows.
• Partner with
  DevOps
  to ensure smooth deployment via
  Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  .
• Coordinate with
  Frontend, QA, and Product
  teams to deliver reliable, testable, and high-quality releases.
• Act as the
  technical point of contact
  for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Observability, Security & Compliance

• Implement observability:
  logging, metrics, tracing, and cost dashboards
  (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
• Enforce secure coding practices and data protection (input validation, SQL injection defense, throttling).
• Ensure compliance with
  PDPL, GDPR, CCPA
  , and client-specific data requirements.
• Collaborate with Cloud/DevOps on
  TLS, IAM, and least-privilege access
  standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years in software engineering, with
  at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role
  .
• Proven
  fullstack expertise
  across frontend , TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Experience designing and scaling
  REST/GraphQL APIs
  .
• Solid database experience:
  PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis, DynamoDB
  .
• Strong understanding of
  asynchronous architectures
  (Celery, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency with
  Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  .
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience integrating or managing
  AI/ML systems
  (RAG pipelines, embeddings, chatbots, voice assistants).
• Familiarity with
  no-code/low-code
  SaaS dashboards.
• Exposure to
  real-time kiosk or interactive media systems
  .
• Experience with
  cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba)
  and observability stacks.
• Multilingual or international deployment experience (Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, ASEAN).
