Internship Position: Digital Marketing & Administrative Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team at MYBIKEMART SDN. BHD. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in both digital marketing and administrative operations, providing an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in editing and updating product advertisements on a daily basis.
  • Help plan, schedule, and manage postings across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Monitor and respond to online messages, comments, and reviews.
  • Support the creation of engaging content to increase website traffic and user engagement.
  • Assist in executing online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media ads).
  • Help design marketing materials and creative visuals for promotions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with general office administration, including data entry and document organization.
  • Support report preparation and record maintenance.
  • Help coordinate internal communications and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and management teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree student in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a real working environment.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Internship Details

Internship Type: Full-time

Duration: Minimum 4 months (extension possible)

Working Hours: Flexible 5-Day Work Week (subject to scheduling)

Work Location: On-site at Austin 18
