About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Artist who can turn stories into stunning motion. From slick openers to dynamic explainers, you'll bring brands to life through compelling, high-impact animation. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary creative team, working closely with art directors, video editors, and producers to create visuals that move — literally and emotionally.

This role requires not just technical skill, but creative leadership. You'll mentor junior animators, own key projects, and help shape the visual direction for campaigns across video, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute motion graphics and animation for video content, digital screens, brand stories, and events
  • Collaborate with creative leads on concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments
  • Animate 2D and basic 3D elements (text, logos, characters, etc.) with flair and clarity
  • Create templates, toolkits, and animation libraries for team use
  • Guide and mentor junior animators and editors to maintain quality and consistency
  • Work closely with video editors, designers, and producers to meet project timelines and specs
  • Stay current with trends in animation, typography, and visual storytelling

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or related creative roles
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency with Premiere Pro and basic editing workflows
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Element 3D, or similar) is a big plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion work — branded content, explainers, event visuals, etc.
  • Strong design sensibility, attention to timing, pacing, and visual rhythm
  • Confident communicator and team player, comfortable taking creative ownership

Bonus Points

  • Experience working on event or show visuals (openers, LED wall graphics, transitions)
  • Sound design or audio-syncing knowledge
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to internal stakeholders or clients
