We are hiring admin to process sales order

Willing to work 5.5day (Saturday alternate off)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Preparing and accountable for all customer orders, ensuring the right prices are charged and arranging delivery .
  • Responsible for all arrangements and documenting customer shipments, preparing pro-forma invoices.
  • Issuing CN / DN to customer.
  • Ensures timely check and follow up customer outstanding order .
  • To update and maintain good documentation.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in business studies.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft office.
  • Willing to be based at Tebrau III industrial area.
