Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Preparing and accountable for all customer orders, ensuring the right prices are charged and arranging delivery .
- Responsible for all arrangements and documenting customer shipments, preparing pro-forma invoices.
- Issuing CN / DN to customer.
- Ensures timely check and follow up customer outstanding order .
- To update and maintain good documentation.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in business studies.
- Possess own transport.
- Must be able to use Microsoft office.
- Willing to be based at Tebrau III industrial area.
