Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading service delivery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budget. This role involves managing resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in project management, stakeholder management, Agile practices, and other methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Organize regular meetings to ensure both management and project team is updated on the progress

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement best practices.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance service efficiency.

Other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required.

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in project management or related roles.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management.
  • and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail and execution skills.
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be an exceptional team player, able to interact with all management levels.
  • Mature, independent and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiar with Agile tools (Figma, Confluence etc).
  • Resourceful and a self-starter.
