About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Medifusion Solution Sdn Bhd. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and targeting new prospective clients within the local market
  • Generating leads and arranging meetings to pitch our products and services
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your sales targets
  • Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to raise brand awareness
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to share best practices
  • Regularly reporting on your sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the healthcare, medical or technology industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client needs
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques to drive lead generation
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
