About the role

Seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to join the dynamic team at YHDA', a leading engineering company based in Kajang, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support the delivery of complex engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop 3D BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit
  • Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP) to ensure design cohesion
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts
  • Generate 2D construction drawings, schedules, and other deliverables from the BIM model
  • Support the project team by providing BIM-related information and data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the BIM process and implement best practices
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of BIM standards and protocols

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
  • Proficient in using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
  • Strong understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams
  • Ability to solve problems, think critically, and continuously improve processes
  • Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and engineering principles
