Job Summary

  • Oversee BIM Management - Co-ordination with the client, ensuring quality & delivering projects design at various stages as per client's satisfaction.
  • Regularly interact with the clients to resolve issues, Identifying the needs & area of work in details.
  • Mobilise BIM manpower based on project resources ranging from Residential, Commercial and International Projects.
  • Support Team for preparation of 3D Model using Revit Architecture & Interior Design programs.
  • Ensuring quality of work is implemented accordance to BIM and construction standards.
  • R.F.I :Requesting clarifications regarding any missing/contradictory inputs and also maintaining a register update on the same.
  • Trouble shoot & problem solving with the modeller working with BIM Designs.
  • Train, guide & coaching new employees to enhance their performance.

Requirements

  • Cert/Diploma or Bac in Architecture, Construction or Interior Design
  • Familiar with Revit Autodesk & 3 D modelling
  • 2-3 years experience work as BIM Modeller
  • Based at Kajang.
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM8,500.00 per month
