What you'll be doing?- Administrative Support Excellence - Provide comprehensive administrative support services to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
- Client Request Management - Handle the receiving, validating, and logging of client requests while capturing detailed information to ensure accurate processing and resolution.
- Escalation & Prioritization - Ensure correct escalation procedures are followed for all critical calls and requests while analyzing and interpreting requests to determine appropriate categorization and prioritization.
- Client Communication & Updates - Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep clients informed about progress on their pending tickets and requests, maintaining transparent communication throughout the resolution process.
- Documentation Management - Maintain all relevant documents related to tickets and requests, including comprehensive client information to support efficient service delivery.
- Professional Client Relations - Communicate professionally with clients, provide regular updates, and ensure they are fully aware of actions being undertaken on their behalf to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Shift Operations - Work effectively within a 24x7 shift structure following a defined roster schedule (2 days work, 2 days off - 12 hours shift) to provide continuous client support coverage.
- Educational Foundation - At least High School Certification that provides the basic educational background for professional client service roles.
- Industry Experience - Basic experience level in the Technology Industry and Call Centre environment, though candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply as comprehensive support and training will be provided.
- Language Proficiency - Ability to speak Cantonese fluently to effectively communicate with clients from Hong Kong, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction in their preferred language.
- Location Flexibility - Ability to work on-site in Cyberjaya, contributing to the collaborative team environment and maintaining direct access to systems and support resources.
