Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead and oversee daily manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will manage workflows, supervise and train team members, troubleshoot production issues, and implement continuous improvements to boost productivity. This position also requires close coordination with other departments and HOD to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Monitor production progress, ensure targets are met, and identify any bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust plans as needed to meet customer demand
  • Inspect finished products and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Ensure all employees follow safety protocols, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and report any hazards or incidents
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management.
  • Identify and resolve production issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future problems.
  • Monitor inventory levels, initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials, and ensure timely delivery
  • Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate with other departments and related department to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of products.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Good leadership and people management skills, with ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet production deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and familiar with production reporting systems.
  • Candidates who are able to start work immediately will be given priority.
