Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall recruitment strategy for the Malaysia factory, formulate annual/quarterly recruitment plans based on business needs, and ensure that staffing across all departments meets the requirements of capacity expansion and operational demands.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions (such as production management, technical R&D, quality control, etc.), including demand confirmation, channel development, interview assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Manage the recruitment team (including specialists), assign tasks, provide skill training, and supervise execution quality to improve team recruitment efficiency (e.g., shortening the recruitment cycle, reducing turnover rates).
- Optimize recruitment processes and tools (such as ATS systems, interview evaluation forms), promote digital recruitment practices, and ensure compliance with Malaysia's Employment Act and relevant labor regulations.
- Analyze recruitment data (e.g., interview attendance rate, offer acceptance rate, recruitment cost), regularly generate reports and propose improvement plans, and support employer brand building (participate in campus recruitment, industry exhibitions, etc.).
- Liaise with local Malaysian recruitment channels (JobStreet, LinkedIn Malaysia, university career centers, industry associations) to expand the high-quality talent pool.

优化招聘流程与工具(如ATS系统、面试评估表),推动数字化招聘实践,确保合规性(符合马来西亚《雇佣法》及相关劳工条例)。
分析招聘数据(如到面率、录用率、成本),定期输出报告并提出改进方案,支持雇主品牌建设(参与校园招聘、行业展会等)。
对接马来西亚本地招聘渠道(JobStreet、LinkedIn Malaysia、高校就业中心、行业协会),拓展优质人才库。
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry (tire/auto parts industry is preferred), with more than 2 years of team management experience.
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and regulations (such as the Employment Act 1955, Minimum Wages Order 2012) and the characteristics of the local talent market.
- Proficient in the full recruitment lifecycle (from demand analysis to onboarding follow-up), with strong interview assessment capabilities (especially for technical and management positions).
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient collaboration with business departments and other HR modules (such as compensation and performance).
- Proficient in using recruitment tools (such as JobStreet Enterprise, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel data analysis).
- Fluent in English (working language); proficiency in Malay or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a plus.
- Results-oriented, with strong pressure resistance, and able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment of the manufacturing industry。

优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力,能与业务部门、HR其他模块(如薪酬绩效)高效协作;
熟练使用招聘工具(如JobStreet Enterprise、LinkedIn Recruiter、Excel数据分析);
流利英语(工作语言),掌握马来语或华语(普通话/粤语)者优先;
结果导向,具备抗压能力,能适应制造业快节奏工作环境。
