***This position is open to Malaysian citizens only***

Please note that this is a short-term work-from-home position. Around March or May 2026 (upon office opening), employees will be required to relocate to the Johor Medini 9 office. For employees willing to relocate, the company will provide additional relocation allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers.

  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

  • Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service level agreements.

  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) with basic English.

  • Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work rotational shifts (5-day work week, no night shift), including weekends and public holidays.

  • Willingness to relocate to Johor in March or May 2026.
