This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur until December 2025/January 2026, after which the role will transition permanently to our Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting our sales and customers with their inquiries, order management, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and maintaining comprehensive records of sales and customer interactions and documentations
  • Prepare and issue sales quotations in a timely manner
  • Provide clear information to customers by explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal colleagues and escalate concerns when needed
  • Uphold quality performance by adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Handle email queries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Able to collaborate well across teams and handle multiple tasks
  • Service or sales experience is an advantage, but we welcome fresh learners
