About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and hands-on Senior Finance Executive to support our finance operations on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate is well-versed in handling the full set of accounts and possesses a good understanding of tax compliance. Candidates with strong Accounts Payable (AP) experience and a willingness to learn broader accounting functions are also encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • Handle full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closing activities
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and schedules for management review
  • Assist in tax computation, GST submission, and audit preparation
  • Manage and process supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments
  • Support cash flow management and ensure accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain schedules for monthly audits and tax purposes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of full set accounting; prior exposure to AP and tax/GST preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently within deadlines
  • Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension based on business needs)
