We're Hiring: Senior Poultry Farm Manager
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Poultry Farm Manager
to lead and oversee the daily operations of our
layer and broiler farms
in Trong, Perak. The ideal candidate is hands-on, knowledgeable in poultry management, and passionate about achieving top farm performance and animal welfare standards.

What You'll Do

  • Manage overall farm operations for layer and broiler units.
  • Ensure bird health, feed efficiency, and production performance.
  • Plan and implement vaccination, feeding, and biosecurity programs.
  • Supervise and train farm staff to maintain SOP and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor farm performance data (FCR, mortality, egg rate, etc.).
  • Coordinate with veterinary, nutrition, and technical teams.
  • Manage farm budgets, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in expansion or improvement projects related to farm infrastructure and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with DVS and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10–15 years hands-on experience in layer & broiler farm management.
  • Strong knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, breeding, and biosecurity protocols.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in large-scale farm environments.
  • Ability to work in rural farm locations and manage multi-site operations if required.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
  • Willing to be based in Trong, Perak.

Remuneration
MYR 9,000 - MYR 13,000
