Position: Protege Programme

Intake: August / September 2025

Location: Ayer Keroh, Melaka

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Role and Responsibilities:

Tender & Procurement

• Help prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and quotations for projects.
• Make sure all work follows procurement rules (e.g., ePerolehan)
• Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals.
• Assist in cost and budget checks for projects.
• Suggest ways to improve and speed up procurement processes.
• Keep updated with market trends and supplier information.

Purchasing & Supply Chain

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).
• Help find and check new suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Keep records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

Salary & Allowance:

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 per month
• Allowance: RM300 per month

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Law, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• CGPA 3.00 or above.
• SPM with at least A in Mathematics.
• Knowledge of ePerolehan is an advantage.
