Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join a leading international accounting and advisory firm with strong regional presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality audit delivery, and providing strategic guidance to both clients and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee multiple audit engagements across a variety of industries, ensuring audits are completed in compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
  • Lead planning, risk assessment, and execution of audit assignments, providing technical expertise and solutions to complex accounting issues.
  • Review audit working papers, financial statements, and reports prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Serve as the key contact point for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and providing value-added insights on business and financial improvements.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of audit professionals through on-the-job training, performance reviews, and mentoring.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (e.g., tax, advisory) to deliver integrated client service.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client presentations, to support the firm's growth strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of external audit experience in a reputable accounting firm, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA).
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
