Production Senior Supervisor

Job Scope:

  • Supervise daily operations of CNC lathe, milling and stamping processes.
  • Lead and manage production teams to meet output, quality and safety targets.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize workflow.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, procurement and quality control departments.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining, milling and stamping processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with machining software and tooling setups.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
